Your profile:

Successfully completed master’s degree in engineering and / or economics

At least 10-15 years working experience in industry or consulting. Thereof 5-10 years’ experience in the field product and improvement management. And minimum 5 years’ experience in a responsible position

Work experience from the fields of car manufacturing (OEM, 1st Tier), engineering and construction or electrical engineering.

Basic knowledge of Lean Manufacturing methods. Experience in leading cross-functional kaizen-workshops would be a plus.

High problem-solving competency and self-confidence with different hierarchy levels and different branches

You are able to teach, manage and instruct project team members and have a motivating leadership personality.

You should bring along the unrestricted willingness to travel (if necessary, also for international projects)

We expect you to be fluent in English and Mandarin, German is an advantage but not a must have.

Your challenge:

Understands customer expectations as stated, consults with top management and takes guidance.

Ensures Best Practice orientation and top performance in the customer organization, maintains contacts and purposefully expands network with decision-makers within the project.

Recognizes potentials at the customer. ensures that documents (e.g. success stories, project designs, procedures and offers) reflect the latest state of development and can be used for business expansion.

Passionate about the role as a professional mentor, safeguards the transfer of knowledge and is passionate about successfully qualifying employees.

Recognized expert in field of expertise. provides in-depth mastery of the field of expertise.

Conducts highly satisfactory training seminars even for demanding target groups, has a clear understanding of Lean philosophy on a wide range, coordinates all forms of competence development with the competence team.

Acts as professional mentor to new colleagues and helps them to integrate.

Your profile:

Successfully completed master’s degree in mechanical engineering and related engineering

At least 5-10 years working experience in industry or consulting. Thereof 3 years’ experience in the production field and improvement management. And minimum 2 years’ experience in a responsible leader position

Compositive knowledge of Lean Manufacturing tools and methods. Experience in leading cross-functional kaizen-workshops

High problem-solving competency and self-confidence with different hierarchy levels and different branches

You are able to teach, manage and instruct project team members and have a motivating leadership personality.

You should bring along the unrestricted willingness to travel (if necessary, also for international projects)

We expect you to be fluent in English and Mandarin, German is plus

Your challenge:

Exceeds customer expectations, structures project in line with the customer order, has a clear roadmap, contributes actively towards the expansion of projects and creates and participant acquisition activity.

Manages projects. Defines clear roles for colleagues assigned to the project and positions them accordingly. Periodically monitors the state of implementation with the customer. Report to Principal, Business Unit Lean Transformation

Recognizes potentials for our business at the customer. Able to communicate those and thus creates further demands to potentially enlarge our projects.

Can switch and choose between the various consultant roles (trainer, adviser, analyst, project manager, implementer)

Provides in-depth mastery of several specialist areas, formulates logical chains of argument even in complex situations.

Independently produces appropriate presentations for the customer, conducts training seminars perceived with great satisfaction.

Identifies development needs of colleagues in projects and supports them according to their further development.

Your profile:

Successfully completed master’s or bachelor’s degree in mechanical or engineering and 3-5 years of practical experience in industry or consulting

Experience and knowledge of lean manufacturing tools and methods. Experience in leading cross-functional kaizen-workshops would be a plus.

You should bring along the unrestricted willingness to travel (if necessary, also for international projects)

Your challenge:

Acts as crucial part of the project team to manage towards an accurate consultancy outcome to meet customer requirement using most of lean tools, methodologies and principles.

Familiar with Staufen project standards, plays a result-oriented driving role within the project team, conducts small projects or subprojects independently within the customer organization in agreement with the project management.

Provides high-quality contributions (such as charts or data) for acquisition and offers.

Has a clear understanding of his/her role, assesses situations correctly, has comprehensive knowledge of analytical tools and can apply them confidently to a wide range of problems/hypotheses.

Conducts successful training events in his/her specialist field as well as in basic principles, conducts workshops independently.

Is familiar with phases of increased workload; can deal with high stress levels and deadlines. Continues to work in a focused manner by delivering high quality results in such situations.
