It is not only in the most direct department – that of production – that streamlined processes are promoted and achievable; the indirect departments can be improved with the same philosophy and with adapted instruments. Whereas in series production operations are often already at the limits, unsuspected possibilities for increasing productivity are often “asleep” in the indirect departments.
Based on tried-and-tested lean principles and methods, we quickly identify concrete points for optimisation and work out realisation concepts based upon them.
