Management in the Change Process

Michael Löhner speaks on 15th November 2007 at ‘Schloss Köngen’

Changes to the market situation can rarely be managed with hitherto existing practices.

Management figures are required to communicate so that employees want to do what they are told, and don’t just listen to what they have to do. They create energy for different virtues. Effort, expertise, discipline, creativity and courage are all in high demand when new strategies have to be implemented. The most important thing is empowering the subordinate management tiers to strengthen the operational work in the company with dedication and confidence for unfamiliar applications. Innovation and links with customers demand positive market appearances.

Here, exercising ‘interior for exterior’ applies. The interactive presentation informs about a suitable management in times of strategic, organizational and process-related changes. The participants are subsequently in the position of avoiding management errors and in supporting the new orientation of experienced employees.
