Techniques of solving problems


Why attend this workshop?

Techniques of solving problems and skills of using numbers and facts in everyday life of the company have become a standard and necessity for contemporary companies. Developing freedom in operating number data, accumulating facts and the skill of making decisions based on them has become a fact. The workshop brings the participants closer to the rules of collecting and analyzing production data and provides them with knowledge essential for beginning accurate corrective and optimization actions.

Aim and expected results of workshops

The aim of the workshop is to provide the participants with knowledge necessary for easy collecting and processing of production data.
After completing the workshop, its participants will be able to:
-  prepare a method and tool for collecting data from production,
-  analyze data and specify the source causes of the problem,
-  put in order and present data and their analysis in a clear and understandable way for others.

The workshop is addressed in particular to people responsible for the process of continuous improvement and middle management, as well as senior management representatives.
