The simple design tool for intelligent and innovative work processes
For executives and project managers in production, work preparation and equipment design as well as for Continuous Improvement Process (CIP)-experts
Cardboard engineering is a tool of creativity and design which is used for innovative operating processes. You obtain by professional process analysis to optimize the value added chain and learn the implementation of minimizing waste of working systems.
In our 3-day-workshop, you learn the methodical approach how to intelligently analyse an existing assembly process and how to develop it into an efficient assembly system which is flexible in terms of quantities and which meets the latest principles.
You practically and interactively work in groups on case studies from assembly, you identify wastage potentials, you define the ratio potential and you provide efficiency calculations and develop innovative solutions which you implement with the help of cardboard engineering.
Based on their practical experience our workshop leaders will provide you with tools such as video analysis, cardboard engineering or process audits.
With their help you will be able to identify and eliminate wastage. Furthermore you learn how to establish added value optimized processes and to optimize material flow as well as the standardization of processes in your company effectively.
> Learning by doing - you will be provided with ideas which can be directly implemented into practice
> Workshop leaders with practical knowledge will pass on the experience to you
> You will get to know new tools, learn how to apply them and how to evaluate their efficiency
> Construction of new work flows with cardboard engineering
> A factory tour at SEW-Eurodrive will demonstrate you the effective implementation into practice
