Production planning in slim line added value systems
For specialists and management from production and assembly, production planning, controlling and logistics, work preparation and process optimisation.
Since the 1960’s the majority of product planning practice has been orientated towards the methodology of the MRP (Material Requirements Planning) and the subsequently further developed systems of the ERP and ERPII right up to advanced planning systems, which are realised in SAPAPO for example.
At the same time planning procedures were developed for slim line production systems which could equally handle a large number of product variants and also contribute to greater transparency and therefore continuous improvement of processes.
In this workshop you will learn in theory and in joint experiments how such systems work and how you construct them.
