Material in Flow from push to pull-system

Cost reduction and increased performance in production with KANBAN

For employees responsible for production, production engineers, logisticians, project managers and Continuous Improvement Process (CIP)-experts

Why attend this seminar

In the sectors of production and assembly, on average 10-20% of personnel costs are used for material supply and provision.

Material provision, however, does not add value – and the conclusion is serious that the competitive ability of companies in high-wage locations is hugely affected by expenditure which adds nothing to the value.
To ensure continuous production, the necessary material must also be continuous in such a way that it is permanently available in pull operation. Like in a supermarket, only those goods which have actually been used are refilled on the shelves.

Material flow without buffer requires to have the right material at the right quantity at the right time in the right quality at the right place.
The aim of this seminar is to develop basic priniciples for successful production logistics- exactly, the excellency at the shortening of cycle times through an increasing rate of inventory turnovers as well as via the effective decreasing of all stocks.

Benefits for your work, what you will learn and keep in mind

  1. Recognize the theory and the system of lean and synchronous material logistics.
"Recognize“ the correlations of simplified production control within the Kanban game
  2. Experience in practical examples in production how production logistics and Kanban combine and work highly efficiently
  3. You will learn how to reduce costs in your production and how to increase effort through intelligent cooperation of production and logistic systems
