Standardized Work

Why attend this seminar?

"Today’s standardization...is the necessary foundation on which tomorrow’s improvement will be based.  If you think of “standardization” as the best you know today, but which is to be improved tomorrow--you get somewhere.  But if you think of standards as confining, then progress stops."

Henry Ford, Dziś i Jutro, ProdPress.com, Wrocław 2007

Standardization is a process of creating, maintaining and improving standards. Standard work is the best method of performing operation. The goal of standardization is to perform the process in the same way all the time regardless of who is operating  it.

The goal and expected results:

During the workshop participants will learn and practice methods of standard work.
After completion of the workshop they will understand an idea and value of standards and standardization as well as how to implement standard work in their companies.
